There is a reason the taco bar is the most requested party format in Las Vegas. Everyone builds their own plate, everyone eats exactly what they want, and the line itself becomes part of the party. Our job is to make sure it is done properly.
Properly means meats that were marinated overnight and carved or griddled on site, tortillas warmed to order instead of stacked cold, salsas from mild to serious, and a line that is stocked, wiped and moving all night. We staff it, or we set up a self-serve spread for smaller gatherings.
