Every birthday has one non-negotiable rule. The person being celebrated does not work the party. Not the grill, not the kitchen, not the cleanup. We take the food off your plate so the day belongs to the right person.
Kids parties want food that lands fast and makes no mess dramas. Milestone birthdays, the big thirty, fifty, seventy five, want a table that says somebody went all out. We size the menu to the crowd, from pizza-and-fruit simplicity to a live sushi station that stops the room.
Birthdays also love a theme, and our kitchen can follow you anywhere, a taco night, an island luau, a Puerto Rican family feast, a barbecue in the backyard.
