The Caterer LV is the work of two people who have spent their careers cooking for other people’s biggest days, and who now do it out of their own production kitchen.

We don't specialize in a single cuisine. We specialize in range. Our team cooks fluently across the world's kitchens, from the dishes you grew up on to the flavors you discovered somewhere far from home.

Who we are

Our Story

We built The Caterer LV on a simple belief: that great food, made with real craft and served with genuine warmth, is what turns an occasion into something people hold onto. It's led by Eddie Feliciano and Chef John Brunett, two partners with deep banquet and catering backgrounds and a shared obsession with getting every detail right, alongside a full culinary and service team, with the city's finest talent brought in for every event.

We both came up the long way: banquet halls, casino kitchens, resort openings, thirty years of cooking for other people's biggest days. Now we do it for ourselves, out of our own kitchen, and we treat every event like it's ours.

Who runs it
Managing Partner

Eddie Feliciano

Eddie runs the events: the staffing, the coordination, and the timeline that holds a room together. He cooks too. Not as a title, by choice. But he knows food, and it shows in how these menus get built.

Managing Partner & Executive Chef

Chef John Brunett

John runs the food and the back of the house, from a plated dinner to open-flame barbecue. Range, discipline, and a cook's instinct for exactly what a room wants to eat.

No kitchen on site? None needed. We bring the full kitchen and prepare everything on location. You simply enjoy the evening.
